The A4.2 XOM preamp uses B-Band XOM technology, which is a new way of blending 2 pickups together that makes the instrument sound more alive and realistic. This system provides the superior sound qualities of a soundhole condenser mic system without the feedback problems. Rotary volume, bass, middle, treble, and UST/AST mix controls. Installation requires only a hand drill. Small holes need to be drilled to allow the rotary controls to pass through the side of the instrument. The A4.2 kit comes complete with all hardware for installing and includes a prewired endpin jack with battery power switch.
