Product Features
The real deal, just like in your dreams. Although Les Paul had been experimenting with the concept of a solidbody guitar since the 1930s, it wasn't until a partnership was formed with the Gibson guitar company in the early 1950s that Les' vision became a reality. The Les Paul Model, introduced in 1952, was the first electric guitar to feature a solid, arched top, dual pickups, and a "trapeze" tailpiece designed and patented by Les Paul himself. Everything is accurate to a gnat's fundament. Carved maple top on a mahogany body with mahogany neck and genuine P-90 single-coil pickups.
