The ideal MIDI interface for smaller desktops and USB-equipped Notebook and PowerBook computers. 2 independent inputs and 4 independent outputs, each with an activity LED, provide 32 inputs and 64 output MIDI channels. An external transformer is superfluous because the MT4 receives its power directly from the USB port. A software-configurable Patch Mode allows the interface to be used as a MIDI patchbay.

Directly supported on the Macintosh by Logic Audio and MicroLogic AV Version 4.01 and by SoundDiver 2.07 upwards, the MT4 can also be used with OMS-compatible software thanks to the supplied drivers. Under Windows 98, the support is handled via the included MME-compatible USB driver.
