The BBE994 retains the 19" bell of the earlier model, but is now shorter allowing the player to better hear the instrument's superb sound. From pianissimo to the strongest fortissimo, this is an instrument unequaled in quality and performance. It features an upright bell for good sound projection, stainless steel valves for durable, smooth action and top action for a more comfortable hand position. Its compensating system improves intonation and response over 4 octaves and provides immense dynamic range and powerful low register. 4 water keys provide maximum drainage. Lightweight valve springs with dampers and Delrin guides ensure fast, positive, silent fingering.
