From the intricate vine-style inlay carefully made from real pearl and abalone to the resonant body crafted from luxurious quilted maple, this limited-edition bass delivers a unique and elegant look. The all-maple body produces improved attack and acoustic projection, while the Fishman active preamp and Fishman under-saddle pickup deliver electric punch. The unlined fretboard has side dots located where they would be on a standard fretted bass and additional small and unobtrusive dots on the top clearly marking the fret position. The Dragonfly is the latest in a line of successful Michael Kelly-designed limited-edition acoustic basses.
