The American Audio V4000plus offers rugged, dependable power that's equally at home in the studio or in your road rack. It delivers up to 1,400 watts per channel in stereo, or up to 2,500 watts in mono mode. Thump protection keeps your speakers safe from turn-on transients, while DC output, short-circuit, and overload protection keep your amp safe from the unexpected. The front panel hosts an on-off switch, 2 limiters, and LED meters that keep you informed of power status and input levels. The rear features balanced XLR and unbalanced 1/4" input jacks; XLR input-thru jacks; stereo/mono bridge selector switch; ground-lift switch; 2 cooling fans; hi-pass filter DIP switches; subwoofer crossover controls; 5-way binding-post and Speakon output connectors. AC connection is standard IEC plug.
